Ecommerce Case Study: JLT Computers Ltd
We began working with JLT Computers Ltd in 2006, at the time they had very little ecommerce presence and their previous website was a simple static site with a downloadable pricelist.
After some discussion, we were commissioned with launching JLT ahead of its competition by developing a brand new website and online store. The online store had to be trade only, requiring customers to be authenticated before they could place orders. We also provided them with a powerful backoffice, allowing them to administrate orders from multiple sites using one central backoffice.
In May 2007, Redbeck launched JLT's reseller program, a service that allows JLT resellers to have their own branded online store retailing JLT's entire product inventory. The core technology behind their reseller program uses our highly scalable multi-store feature, allowing clients to run different online stores via once control panel and product catalog.
We have continued to work with JLT for nearly 4 years building and developing our ecommerce platform closely with them to provide powerful tools for increased productivity.
